1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Booking Policy

All bookings made through this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking request for any reason. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email from our reservation team.

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Valid ID: Government-issued ID is mandatory at the time of check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation and the season. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided during your booking process.

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in: Full Refund.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in: 50% Refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in: No Refund.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.

5. Limitation of Liability

AVASA Luxury Hotel & Resort and its components are provided "as is" and "as available". We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights.

7. Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Himachal Pradesh.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use this website after any such changes, you agree to follow and be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
